Christopher Peters

Treasurer

Throughout his high school years, Christopher engaged in a variety of activities, including playing Varsity Football and competing in Varsity track for indoor and outdoor, serving as a member of the student council, and being a LINK leader. However, one of his most important high school experiences was serving his role as Vice President and then President of DuxBuds, which was an invaluable experience and a joy in collaborating alongside Braelyn as fellow club officers. Presently, Christopher is entering his senior year at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth as a Commonwealth Honors Scholar, majoring in finance with the goal to complete his degree a year early. Upon graduation, he plans on enrolling in the MBA program at UMass Dartmouth. He currently holds membership in two international business honor societies. One is Beta Gamma Sigma and it is considered the highest honor any student can receive in an AACSB-accredited program. The other is Beta Alpha Psi, an honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems students attending universities that are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, which allows students to network with professionals, develop skills, and gain knowledge to further prepare themselves for a career after graduation. Additionally, he is currently the Vice President of the Mu Phi Chapter for Beta Alpha Psi. Finally, he is actively involved in collegiate DECA, achieving international qualification in Sports Marketing and receiving the Executive Leadership Passport Award.
